Letting go and listening
After years of being consumed by diet culture and allowing my worth and my health to be dictated by the scale, I decided to let go and listen to my body instead. That’s when my life changed.
Not wanting to gatekeep everything I learned, I launched my business, Lindsey Kaszuba Health, and developed the S.I.M.P.L.E framework – a practical, holistic approach to help you navigate life’s chaos and find calm in your daily routine.
This framework is designed to help you create sustainable habits that nourish your body, mind, and soul, so you can feel your best and handle whatever life throws your way.
S – Simplify + Stop All-or-Nothing Thinking
Simplifying your life starts with letting go of the all-or-nothing mentality. Instead of striving for the perfect diet, focus on making small, sustainable changes that fit into your lifestyle. Embrace the idea that every step, no matter how small, counts towards your overall well-being. By simplifying your approach, you create space for calm and clarity.

Whether it’s carving out time for self-care, exploring new recipes, or establishing firmer boundaries, remember that your lifestyle should support and enhance your life, not consume it.

Nourishing your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods is an essential aspect of finding calm and balance. Instead of following restrictive diets or rigid food rules, focus on tuning into your body’s unique needs.
